NQTA President Bobby Curley and a trail crew including a team from Hannaford cleaned up the main trailhead for the Bearsden Conservation Area in Athol. Bearsden is a historic wilderness area that contains trails, camping sites, bridges, old quarries, ponds and brooks.
The crew put many lessons learned in NQTA’s 9 years to work on this project. The focus was on tick remediation and ease of use of the areas.
